I'm the C.E.O of a youth empowerment organization in Nigeria called LEADERS' VOICE FOUNDATION which was birth to on 27.11.2010 with a an incredible changing forum tagged THE FLASH-DRIVE which signifies, stimulating the driving force within youths in order to reach their full potential and achieve ultimate success, encouraging leadership minds, thinking and culture among youths, re-orientate youths on sexual abuse and sexual harassment, the abuse of alcohol and drugs (including smoking), gambling, violence, cybercrime, indecent dressing and social etiquettes and the expression for building youths for significant, eradicating illiteracy which may lead to poverty, building today for making tomorrow's leader, dealing with the issues of discrimination among cultures or religions, tribes, statues and make every nation a peaceful place for living etc. This was the first edition of its type which brought in speakers like Dayo Israel(Nigerian & a UK based Youth Advocate) who spoke on DRIVING YOUR CAREER WITH A USEFUL SOFTWARE, Pastor Olakunle Soriyan(C.E.O Stn Group of Companies and as well one of the top motivational speakers in Nigeria)who spoke on CHOOSING & DRIVING A LIFE CAREER & Debo Jeff-Johnson(A young Nigerian speaker and a Founder of Jeff-Johnson Business School) who as well spoke on DRIVING A CAREER. With this event a lots of lives were touched. The next edition of this event from the Foundation promised to be had in summer
